Sun Burn in My Face

We were assigned to agriculture department of Dole Philippines incorporated.We were assigned to farm operations.Its really hot and head breaking job.Imagine we were under the heat of the sun for almost eight hours...it's really hard for me at first but i was able to manage it.I really hate the sunburn on my skin.It's irritating,very painful.i felt my skin cracks...my skin darkens especially my face that is always exposed to the dangerous rays of the sun.I applied sunblock to protect my skin from sunburn and to avoid further damage...I wash my face with cld water just to ease the pain and the hotness.I feel water were evaporating from my body.It's hard for me to sleep at night...

that is why i would like to suggest you to cover your skin and use sunblock cream.
